Committees

In support of its work, Ontario Health Quality Council has three committees:

• The Audit & Resources Committee reviews and makes recommendations to Board of Directors regarding the finances, audit arrangements, human resource plans and policies, and information technology of the organization. Members include:

The Governance and Nominating Committee supports the Board in fulfilling its commitment to, and responsibility for, good governance of Ontario Health Quality Council

The Management and Resources Committee establishes annually the performance objectives of the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and evaluates and compensates the CEO based on performance consonant with Ontario Health Quality Council policy regarding the role of the CEO.
