Committees

In support of its work, the Council has three committees:

• The Audit & Resources Committee reviews and makes recommendations to Council regarding its finances, audit arrangements, human resource plans and policies, and information technology. Members include:

• The Governance and Nominations supports the Board in fulfilling its commitment to, and responsibility for, good governance of the Ontario Health Quality Council

• The Management and Resources Committee establishes annually the performance objectives of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and evaluates and compensates the CEO based on performance consonant with Council policy regarding the role fo the CEO.
