Individual Home Results
From here you can search for individual home results for:
- Falls;
- Pressure ulcers (how frequently they occur, and whether or not they are healing after they occur); and
- Worsening bladder function.
At this time, results are available only for over 70 homes. Many homes are still developing the ability to collect the data. Check back regularly as more homes will be added over time. Because data are not available for all homes yet, we do not recommend that viewers use this site at this time to help choose a home. By the end of 2011, all homes will be reporting. For more details, see
About the Site and read our
FAQs.
We encourage residents, families and staff in homes to discuss this information together and work cooperatively on ideas to improve quality.

Some homes have a higher proportion of residents who are very frail compared to other homes. Frailer persons are more likely to have a fall, pressure ulcer, or other problems. To make for fair comparisons from one home to the next, we use a statistical method called risk adjustment to account for differences between homes in the frailty of residents.
