Percentage of residents who feel staff promptly answer their call
Long-term care home residents need a timely response to a call for help, especially if they need to go to the bathroom or are in pain. Timely responses can help prevent feelings of helplessness and/or loss of dignity.
(Data for this indicator are based on a small sample of 30 long-term care homes in Ontario. A more complete survey is being developed for all homes in the province.)
